We will work with you to take on the day-to-day tasks of recording transactions and loading them onto the appropriate software package.
We will either use software from our office or remotely connect and use the accounting software at your office.
- Logging your daily transactions onto your chosen accounting software package
- Setting up payments for your suppliers
- Creating sales invoices, credit notes and email to your customers
- Creating supplier account and posting purchase invoices
- Reconcile business bank accounts and company credit cards
- Dealing with staff expenses
